Here at The Lingerie Store, our aim is to provide you with excellent customer service. We offer a fast, friendly, personal service, and all emails are replied to promptly. We pride ourselves on being able to despatch your orders quickly; orders placed for stock items and paid for by Paypal before 6pm are packed the same day, and taken to the Post Office on the next working day. We even take parcels to the Post Office on a Saturday morning, so orders placed and paid for before 6pm on a Friday night should be with you on the Monday morning, Royal Mail permitting.

We are not an affiliate site. When you purchase from The Lingerie Store, you are dealing directly with us, not being forwarded to another business. We feel this is very important, as it ensures that our customers are being served the way we want, and we can follow your whole transaction through from start to finish personally.

The Lingerie Store is purely an internet store, we do not have a retail shop, and we are based in Nottingham, United Kingdom. We don't list a business telephone number on the website as all enquiries and orders, etc are dealt with by email. Emails are checked on a regular basis throughout each day and evening, including Saturdays and Sundays, to ensure a speedy reply to our customers.
