DELIVERY & RETURNS

We offer various UK delivery options to suit your needs and will also deliver throughout Europe, see below for full breakdown of rates.  Delivery starts from just 99p.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel the contract, please contact us as soon as possible by email with details of your order. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These items are clearly marked with an (**) next to the product name.

If we have already despatched your order, subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags attached, within 14 days, a refund for the purchase and delivery costs will be arranged within 30 days of your notification to cancel. Please contact us by email for details of where to send your parcel to. You must notify us if you intend to return items unwanted items so that we can issue you with a returns number. If you send items back without first informing us of your intention, a 15% re-stocking charge will apply. Please also note that if you return a non-returnable item to us, we will NOT refund for that item. All non-returnable items are clearly marked on the website, on orders, on invoices and on packing slips with (**) after the product name.

You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. Please wrap the items securely. For your own security, we advise that you obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from the Post Office. This will cover upto £32 in the event of loss or damage. For higher values, the appropriate Special Delivery Service should be used.
