We discount retail prices (RRP) by a minimum of 5% across all ranges, with some sale stock discounted by up to 70%.

And remember we charge as little as 99p for standard UK deliveries.   

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply order using the shopping basket/cart facility in the online store, this allows you to pay using any of the following methods using Amex, Visa or Mastercard through the secure Cardsave facility.  Alternatively we welcome payment via Paypal.

Where Do You Ship To & How Much Will It Cost?

Currently, we ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Sweden.

How Quick Do You Ship The Goods Out?

All items are held in stock and ready for despatch, and they will normally be posted out within 1-2 working days if you pay by Credit card or Paypal.

All prices quoted in the online store are in UK pounds (also known as Sterling or GBP) and gross of all UK taxes.

What About Refunds/Returns?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel the contract, please contact us as soon as possible by email with details of your order. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These items are clearly marked with an (**) next to the product name.

If we have already despatched your order, subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags attached, within 14 days, a refund for the purchase and postage costs will be arranged within 30 days of your notification to cancel. Please contact us by email for details of where to send your parcel to. You must notify us if you intend to return items unwanted items so that we can issue you with a returns number. If you send items back without first informing us of your intention, a 15% re-stocking charge will apply. Please also note that if you return a non-returnable item to us, we will NOT refund for that item. All non-returnable items are clearly marked on the website, on orders, on invoices and on packing slips with (**) after the product name.

You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. Please wrap the items securely. For your own security, we advise that you obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from the Post Office. This will cover upto £32 in the event of loss or damage. For higher values, the appropriate Special Delivery Service should be used.

Bra Fitting Problems?

Problem: The bra is raised away from your chest at the front between the cups.
Answer: Your cup size is too small. The wires should be flat against your rib cage, and enclose your breasts fully without digging into the breast tissue.

Problem: The wires of the bra are digging in under your arms.
Answer: Your cup size is too small. The wires should be flat against your rib cage, and enclose your breasts fully without digging into the breast tissue.

Problem: The cups of the bra are wrinkled, especially at the top or sides, or they are sagging.
Answer: Your cup size is too big. The cups should be smooth over your breasts.

Problem: The back of your bra rides up.
Answer: Your band size is too big. The band should be firm around your rib cage. This will support your breasts better.

Problem: The straps leave red marks on your shoulders.
Answer: You may the straps too tight, or you are wearing a bra with a band size too big. If the band fits correctly around your body, the band and the cups will provide the support needed, not the straps.

Problem: Your breasts are spilling out of the top of the cup or bulging at the sides.
Answer: Your cup size is too small. The cups should be smooth over your breasts.

Washing Care

To get the best out of your lingerie, ideally you should wash it by hand, not in the machine. Machine washing wears the fabrics much quicker, and your lingerie won’t last as long. This is especially noticeable on bras, the elasticity will be affected, and the bra won’t fit as well after a few months. Tumble drying also damages the elastane in stretchy fabrics, and will shorten the life of your lingerie. Lingerie is best left to dry naturally.

All packages are sent by Royal Mail in the UK and Standard Uninsured Airmail outside the UK, a certificate of posting is obtained each time. When you checkout, you will also be given the option to have your goods sent by signed for delivery if outside the UK.

All items are discreetly packaged in plain white or brown mailing boxes or plain grey plastic packaging.

There are no references to The Lingerie Store on the outside of the packages, we only add our postcode in case of non-delivery.
