We’ve launched a Loyalty Scheme!

We're very excited to tell you about our new Loyalty Scheme. It came into effect at 12.01am on Saturday 1st November 2008, so any orders placed from then on qualify for Loyalty Discount. What this means is that every order you place will earn you 5% Loyalty Discount, which will be placed in your shopping basket at The Lingerie Store ready for you to spend the next time you shop with us! So, on top of free delivery (UK only) and our usual discounts off the RRP, you will save even more!

Customers MUST be subscribed to our newsletter in order to participate in the Loyalty Scheme.

Loyalty Discount will be allocated to your account 14 days after the order is placed. This is to allow time for any returns to be notified, as we will not give Loyalty Discount on returned items, unless they are being exchanged.

There is no cash alternative and Loyalty Discount is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to close the Loyalty Scheme at any time, and we will give you one month’s notice should this happen.

You can opt out of the Loyalty Scheme at any time by emailing us to let us know that you wish to opt out.
